In total there are 3.080.158 outstanding warrants of series TO1. The holder of warrants of series TO1 has the right to subscribe for each warrant, one new share in Sound Dimension at a price determined on the 5th of October 2022. Subscription with support of warrants of series TO1 can take place during the period from the 6th of October 2022 until 17th of October 2022. Subscriptions must be made through the bank if you have an account in Sweden, or through filling out the subscription form on Sound Dimensions webpage if you have an account in Denmark. This must be done by simultaneously cash payment no later than 15.00 on the 17th of October 2022. The last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 is on the 12th of October 2022.

The warrants of series TO 1 are traded on Spotlight Stock Market until the 12th of October and can be exercised until the 17th of October. Thereafter the warrants will be cancelled. In order for your warrants not to expire, you must actively subscribe for shares no later than the 16th of October 2022.
Sound Dimension is approaching the upcoming exercise of its IPO warrant (TO1), which is a financial instrument listed on the Spotlight Stock Market just like the parent share.
The TO1 is an opportunity to buy shares with a 30% discount in the subscription period from the 6th to the 17th of October 2022. The discount is calculated as the volume-weighted average share price in the 3-week (15 trading days) period up to the start of the exercise period.
